All Viking in ground pools are covered by a 25 year structural warranty on all of their fiberglass pools.

Hydropool Hot Tub Warranty

All Hydropool Swim Spas come with our 10/5/5 warranty. Thats 10 years on the shell structure, 5 years on all plumbing and 5 years on all mechanical components (pumps, topside control, etc.). In the event that your Hydropool Swim Spas requires warranty or after-market service, contact your local authorized dealer or the Hydropool head office at 1-800-465-2933. You may also use the services of any local pool, hot tub or contracting company conditional on the prior approval from Hydropool

Aquarius Construction backs all of our Manufacturers warranty's because we believe in the product we sell. Feel free to call at any time if you have any questions.  

LIMITATIONS

It is the buyer's responsibility to maintain their pool and water chemistry. Aquarius Construction does not warrant normal maintenance items such as, but not limited to, light bulbs, O-rings, pump seals, rocks, flaps or wings on cleaners, and backwash valves. Aquarius Construction  does not warranty any items provided by the homeowner or owner's agent and will not be liable for damage caused by them. Aquarius Construction  is not responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damages as a result of use or ownership of your pool and spa installation.
